Each model represents a variant of human ACE2 bound to RBD. The models were refined using the docking software HADDOCK. You can load multiple models
by clicking the rows in the table below. The score in each row represents how strongly the proteins are predicted to interact, where a lower score means
a stronger interaction.
Clicking on "Show Contacts" displays the chemical interactions between the atoms of the loaded models as dashes.
Keep in mind that these are simplistic models and that there is very limited information you can draw from them.
